Boxee to release VUDU update today

January 10, 2011 - Cyberspace: According to tweets made yesterday on the Boxee twitter page, they are working on one last kink, and should be rolling out the VUDU update sometime today.

This should come as good news to those who already own the Boxee set top box, who are also waiting for updates to include Netflix and Hulu Plus sometime later this month.

It appears that while GoogleTV is running into some serious snags, and AppleTV is showing its limitations outside of iTunes, that the Boxee box is moving forward, and is going to be the streaming TV appliance that will set the bar for all others.
